My child when he was fetus on 6months intra uterine live showing mild fetal ascities.on 5 moth after birth he develop intestinal obstruction ,than sgpt found 205 and in usg mild ascitis. I do in different lab but result was above 200. In every year he had been attacked by epigastric pain,vomitting.and pain is so sever that he wake whole night and cry.then I give timonium mithyl sulfat.and only liquid food.then he get relieve. In last yr when this abdominal pain attack occur then I do usg of abdomen.then usg dr said there was sigh of hepatitis. But no ascitis. In 2 months ago my boy suffering frm loose motion for 15 days.then I do sgpt it found 280. And mri of abdomen showing mild spleenomegaly. His all viral marker,torch panel negetive.rbs normal.auto antibody for liver negetive.what can I do now
