Hi to you. I regularly have severe pain after eating a meal (small meal) Often this is VERY quickly followed by diarrhea and more pain. If I take 2 Lomotil, the symptoms are a little easier to tolerate. I I do have a history of Radiation & Chemo from 1998 Anal-Rectal Colon cancer Squamos Cell Carcinpoma About 2012 I had a colostomy due to a removal of a large section of my Colon,which was Perforated, this was discovered during a spinal reconstructing, The Colonoscopy was reversed after about eight months. I have been eating a soft and bland diet of mainly French toast, this is due to thinking it was a good choice and I also had cancer again Squamous Cell Carcinoma in my mouth on the Soft Palate. This has caused damage and I can t taste food also I have severe dry mouth, producing no saliva, so what I eat must go down easily. I think I need a dietician. Dear Dr, can you help??
