What Causes Abdominal Pain And Brown Discharge?
Iam seeing brown discharge when I wipe what s wrong with am so worried and am having low abdomal pain at night and also when I eat..I once had bleeding for 10 days last month and I went to the clinic for htc and it ws negative and I had pt at home 2 times it ws negative can I be pregnant really confused

You need proper clinical evaluation.Brown discharge with pain may be due to many reasons like infection,problem in cervix,uterus etc.Pregnancy should also be excluded.
After clinical evaluation,ultrasound of abdomen should be done.It is very helpful in screening of pathology and it will also exclude pregnancy.
Urine RE/ME,swab test can also be done.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
