Hello, Welcome to Healthcare Magic! I understand your concern, but I would like to be more clear, like you have blood in urine, right? And also some more information like: do you have burning feeling when you urinate or difficulty urinating, for what did you took the pain killer, for abdominal pain? Anyway, the kind of pain that you are referring with blood in urine, it make me think about a urinary tract infection. I would suggest a urinary analysis and it will be necessary an Ultrasound for seeing the cause( because the blood in urine can come just from the inflammation but also from stones or something else in urinary tract). In case of urinary tract infection you will need antibiotics, but they are prescription drugs, and you may need to go to your doctor for that. I wish my answer was helpful to you! Best Regards, Dr Eniola
