General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Acetaminophen can cause stomach pain.
So,in my opinion the symptoms can be related to the use of medication.I would recommend to use a gastroprotector such as Omeprazole in the morning before breakfast.I also recommend to avoid food that triggers the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
