What Causes Abdominal Pain And Bleeding During Urination?
Hi, I ve had pregnancy symptoms for the past week. I missed my period but today I started bleeding. The cramps are on and off and I only seem to bleed when I urinate. The blood is light but also dark clumps of blood come out. I m unsure what is happening? Could I be pregnant and having a miscarriage? Or is it my normal period?

You have to do urine analysis and ultrasound imaging to exclude miscarriage and urinary tract infection,,those two investigations could explain what are you going through
