What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

My stomach hurts and whenever I eat I feel very nauseas and a few times I threw up a bit. My back also has been feeling weak like the feeling you may get before you pass out. I ve been very tired and lethargic lately. I sleep often and usually stay up for an hour or more and I m really tired again

haw long have you been with these symptoms? its important to relate the time between the stomach and meals, have this symtoms progresed with time (geting worser) or ar the same? have you stop eating because of the pain? first I would suggest you to avod certain foods (friet, picants or acidic food ) eat regularly 4-5 times at day but small portion. have you tryed any medicine? try PPi (omeprazole 20 mg once a day,30 min before breakfast ) Im consern about the tiredness and the vomiting episode you refere. is it in small amount, does it relife the pain? is the food(you throw out) fresh or has any darke colour? if it is dark (brownish ) than you might need to se a specialist (gastroenterologist)
