What Causes Abdominal Pain Along With Nausea And Vomiting?

My 5 year old has been sick for two days now and this is her symtoms. well first thing is last week she had a running noise like cold then on friday she had said her neck hurt and was sore. then after that on sunday evening her stomach started hurting and then came nausea and vomiting and after that her stomach pain was hurting really bad it seemed until she findly went to sleep and she slept throught the night and woke up on monday morning (today) with the same things going until about 11:00 am i finally got some medicine for nausea to stay down and she stopped vomiting and stomach pain and could eat until about 6:00 pm she started with really bad stomach pain,vomiting,fever

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to viral infection and this could take some time to come around till then symptomatic can be tried, care need to be taken for hydration else this is nothing to worry, just be patience every thing would be fine just let finish the course of disease, hope this information helps, take care.
