hi sir/mam,there is an entity named pain syncope wherein people faint out of severe pain.your daughter might be having this.but most important thing is to trace out the cause for abdominal pain.in some girls, dysmenorrhoea(pain during menses) can cause such syncope.so,the treatment is primarily, avoidance of trigger factors like pain.adequate hydration with increase salt intake(provided there is no concern about hypertension) are recommended.please go for an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to spot cause for severe abdominal pain.hope my answer clears your doubts.for a specific diagnosis and appropriate management, examination of abdomen and pelvis by a specialist(Gynecol) is recommended.other health issues if any, kindly let me know.wish you and your family a very happy, healthy and prosperous new year 2018.thank you.take care.bye.
