What Causes Abdominal Pain After An Injury To The Testicles?

Hi names Jim I have a question got hit in the testicles today and am having a light abdominal pain hours later was wondering if I pulled something cause if I move around doesn t bother me at all not peei g blood doesn t hurt when I pee or ejaculate just has me stumped and wether I should talk to my doctor or sit on a bag of ice

I don't think this is something worrisome or that may need further attention.

Trauma is causing the pain and probably it is not much complicated since you didn't urinate blood.

Use ice on the testicles to get helped. Use anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or acetaminophen for pain relief.
