What Causes Abdominal Distention While On Medication For Ulcer?

My abdomen is distended and very hard feeling. It is worse after I eat. I avoid dairy and all wheat and only eat fruit vegetables and fish. I don t use artificial sweeteners. I take pro and probiotics along with digestive enzymes but it doesn t relieve the bloating or the gas. I do have an ulcer and have taken 2 rounds if medication for it. The gastrointerologist dcant give me any diagnosis

The ulcer would be one of the likely reasons for the bloating.

The continued use of anti reflux medication should help with the bloating.

In addition, you need to look at the fruits and vegetables that you are using.
There are some fruits and vegetables that are associated with increase gas production eg broccoli, cabbage, turnips, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, apples, prunes
