I have lost 25 lbs but my stomach has been getting bigger and bigger, for the last few nights, I wake up to the feeling of needing to vomit. my brother thought this could be a gall bladder problem as it runs in the family. it is not constipation, and it is not just fat. it s getting huge. it is not sore, but rather just numb.

It could be due to gastritis.
As a first line management you can try antacids like omeprazole or pantoprazole for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.
