What Causes Abdominal Distension Post Lap Band Surgery?

I have a lap band and had it unfilled two weeks ago because it slipped. I am still having trouble eating meats drinking coffee and the top of my stomach is swollen. I feel gassy and when eat certain food I still throw some of it up. What s going on. Some days I feel great other days horrible.

I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be due to GI disturbances it may be infection, it may be dyspepsia, and the last not least it could be acid peptic disease with the history of gastric surgery these are the common phenomenon seen, I would suggest to discuss this with the surgeon, care need to be taken for what the symptoms you have, hope this information helps.
