General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you are experiencing may he related to abdominal hernia and since the mass comes out in the chest section incision it can be related to surgical hernia. You need to visit a surgeon as soon as possible to examine your abdomen and check if this is true. Surgery is the only way to treat it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
