1. Ibuprofen 600 mg per oral every 8 hours after meal for 3 days
2. Dicyclomine 20 mg every 8 hours per oral for pain for days
3. Omeprazole 20 mg daily empty stomach per oral for 5 days
4. Consider switching positions, as this can sometimes help to alleviate the pain
5. Don’t rush sex, as the longer that foreplay lasts, the more arousal, hence lubrication, will occur naturally.
6. Apply K – Y lubricating jelly for vaginal dryness before sex
7. Investigations – R/E of urine, USG abdomen & pelvis, pregnancy test
