General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Pain during & after sex ,in form of sharp cramps indicates some problem with reproductive system.
_ It is a normal feature in pregnancy-- but not the bleeding, it of course needs immediate attention.
- Inflammation in vagina/ cervix/ uterus( pelvic inflammation) ovaries, ovarian cyst can cause it.
* you need to consult a gynecologist, get clinically examined & investigated ( USG pelvis, vaginal swab testing)to pin point the diagnosis & start with specific treatment.
Thanks.
