Hello,

Dehydration is one of the common cause of such bladder spasm or burning sensation upon urination.

It sounds like you have a urinary frequency. However, has ruled out infectious cause such as urinary tract infection.

Such symptoms in male patient can be related to several other reasons including prostate infection or benign prostate hypertrophy or also testicular infection.

The latter is less likely based on your described symptoms but cannot rule out either.

If you have right sided testicular swelling, then you should see the urologist again to rule out testicular causes such as Epididymitis.

However, at this time, since infectious causes have been ruled out, with your urinary frequency and bladder cramps, it may have been from BPH (benign prostate hypertrophy) since bladder is sitting next to prostate, causing your symptoms.

BPH is a benign condition as described and if symptoms continue to get worse, you may need medication to control symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
