What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Vaginal Spotting While On An IUD?
I have had an IUD in for almost a year, I have not had a period since I got it put in. Yesterday night I started to have sharp stabing cramping pains & stared to bleed pink & brownish colors. I ve took 3 pregnancy test and they were all postive, the pain is becoming unbearable & bleeding hasn t stopped.

If test is positive, it is pregnancy. Consult a gynecologist and get iud removed. It should be removed as soon as possible other wise it may cause complication.
