What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Pain In Breasts And Back Despite Having Safe Sex?

Please I want to know if am pregnant or just ovulating. The last day I saw my period was on10/23/15 ,I had PROTECTED sex on 11/1/15 and my partner didn't even release sperm but am feeling pregnant. My both breast hurt, having a slight cramp on my lower abdomen and sometimes my back hurts. Am dead worried..please I need help. I don't want to commit suicide

Pregnancy could cause abdominal cramps and pain in breasts but, Chances of pregnancy after safe sex are very rare. These symptoms can also arise due to hormonal imbalance or excessive stress.
I want to ask did you or your partner noticed condom slippage or condom breakage during having sex. Condom slippage or condom breakage is normally due to application of condom & can cause pregnacy.
If you are not sure whether condom was intact after having sex, you should do a urine pregnancy test

Refer to your gynaecologist
