What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Nausea?

been feeling crampy, sore, slightly nauseated for over a week. Initially thought just possible constipation as first few days felt bloated, belchy, acid coming up. Tried fiber laxative with some results and brief initial improvement, but sore spots, achiness, and general fluish type symptoms perist so tried suppository. Again with some results and small, hard pellet stool. Thought perhaps resolved but haven't. Tried enema next day due to still feeling lousy. Also effective but still feeling lousy, bloated, sore, and crampy. Haven't had any more acid or feeling need to vomit after first few days. Don't want to see doc if just constipated. Thoughts? What else to do, how much longer do I wait to see if resolve or see a doc? Can function but weak, tired, very sore and crampy

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

All these symptoms doesn't indicate that you are constipated, it could be indigestion or your meal habit. do u have still acid coming up? Try not to take water after meal, and don't take heavy meals at a time. Keep at least a gap of 2-3 hrs between meal and going to bed and have some sort of work out daily. If it doesn't help, then you should consult your physician or gastroenterologist for proper treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
