What Causes Abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea After Eating Shrimp?

I ve had cramps in my lower intestines/abdomin the last 2 days. to my regret, we had a barbecue to days ago with salmon, shrimp, lots of cooked veggies and beans. Only a glass or 2 of champagne. That was Friday. Stomach was upset all morning. We had a party/barbecue on Saturday and the potluck included potato salad w/eggs, beans with bacon, hamburgers w/cheese and many other salads and casseroles. I didn t partake in all of this. I did try marionberry pie. 3 beers and lots of water....temp in 90 s. Yesterday, I was down all day with lower stomach cramps. I feel the reason being I m allergic to dairy, gluten, wheat and numerous veggies, rice... I had blood work a year and a half ago and found out all this then. I went on a dairy free, sugar free, alcohol free diet along with no grains, gluten....I lost 20 plus pounds and felt better. Slowly my wife and I worked our way back into old habits. Weight back on, diarrhea & feelings of sluggishness. Anyway, I woke up with pain and cramping in my lower, left side of the abdomen. In other words, the cramping had gone higher and more increased sharp pain. Drinking lots of water (mineral & filtered) and consciously avoiding the foods I shoulodn t be eating. The pain has subsided a little as I m up mving around and have had 2 bowel movements. What would you suggest for treatment? Thanks, Pat
