I experienced what I determined to be a bout with food poisoning last Tuesday, (I had only eaten once that day and 5 hours later I had severe intestinal cramping followed by 10 hours of diarrhea.) I still have yet to feel better. Lethargic, sweating/feverish after I ingest food, smaller appetite and fatigued. Have not had another bowel movement for 2 days. How long does this stay in your system? I have been trying to consume fibers and whole grain foods in order to get my system back in shape. Nothing seems to be helping.
