What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Constipation And Fatigue?
Hey I’ve been feeling crampy, constipated, more tired than usual and my nipples have been really sensitive for a few days. My oartber and I have been trying for a baby and I know these can be early pregnancy symptoms. The thing is they would have shown up when I would have been 2-3 weeks and everything I’ve read has said it’s too early to be feeling anything. Ive never had anything besides slight cramping before I get my periods too. I’ve started feeling a bit nauseous and dizzy today especially. Could I be pregnant or could I just be playing tricks on myself??

You need to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm whether you are pregnant or not. A more confirmatory test is an ultrasound scan of the abdomen. Visit a gynecologist for the same purpose. It can be signs of early pregnancy. Otherwise, it can be simply gastritis.
