What Causes Abdominal Cramps Along With Backache?
I had sickness on Thursday night with cramps and back pain, the sickness stopped my late Friday morning but the cramping continued. Every thing I ate made me feel sick to my stomach and caused severe cramping again, then last night (Sunday) I got diarrhoea which has continued throughout the night and morning. I have no energy and am getting tired of the constants cramps I have now had for five days, what can I do to help make me feel better?

Your problem can be most likely due to food poisoning. You can apply hot water bag on abdomen for cramping. Taking ORS and fluids will be helpful. You can also take tea with lemon. Taking probiotics and banana also is good.
