I am suffering from bloating and burping since 3 months. After i eat food, i feel very heavy and uncomfortable. I feel like going on corner and sit silently for some time. I feel like nausea but i never had vomit or Diarrhea. I burp all day, burp without any taste. Because of that i loose weight by 5 kg. Please suggest.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, various possibilities have to be figured out as

- ulcer stomach or duodenum
- GERD
- hiatus hernia
- gastroparesis as diabetes or others
- digestive enzyme disturbances
- disorders of pancreas
- liver , gall bladder or bile drainage system problems
- others

However, a detailed history, physical examination and supportive data fact of ultrasound with or without Upper GI endoscopy are essential key elements to diagnose it thoroughly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
