The problem I have is a bloating feeling in my gut that won t go away. I have not gained any weight, but mu skirts and pants won t close at the waste due to the bloating. It takes sometimes a few more weeks for digestive system to Kick back in normally, after the surgery. What happens is, medications especially the antibiotics, cause the natural intestinal flora to die, that cause such symptoms as bloating.

There is also a huge list of medications which themselves cause bloating as a side effect.

Start workout, take plenty of fluids and high fiber diet. Coconut water is good for you. Take one cup daily.
