Hello, the lab results of a 32 year old woman weighing 110 Kgs showed: - Stool sample is over all normal results except for pus 3-4/hpf. - Anti-thyroid antibodies: Positive antithyroglobulin with TSH: 6.34 - H-Pylori negative-negative - Very low vitamin D She has been suffering great bloating, congestion and abdominal pain for more than a month now, and she hasn t been eating anything but fruit and steamed veggies. All medications are not working. Would appreciate your feedback. Thank you
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, if the concern test are negative and even the given tests are also did not correlate with the given clinical condition so what ever the symptoms she has may not be due to any pathology but it seems to be some functional kind of condition and it can be managed with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day hope this information helps.
