General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Based upon your history I can tell you few common causes for that problem:
-acid reflux
-constipation
-gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
-gastrointestinal blockage
-gastroparesis
-giardiasis (an infection from an intestinal parasite)
-irritable bowel syndrome
--lactose intolerance
overeating
-pregnancy (especially in the first trimester)
-taking certain medications (such as antibiotics)

You need to rule out those causes by having necessary investigations.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
