What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Chest Pain While On Famotidine And Tums?

Hello...My stomach is swollen and after I eat it gets bigger. It never goes awayand I have noticed that it is getting bigger as time goes on. I also belch an awful lot and take famotidine and tums for heartburn.It stays swollen all the time and I can eat very little...I have looked online to find the problem and cant ....could you help me oh and sometimes I have chest pains.....thank you...Dana
