Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
You should consult your doctor for routine investigations. However, at the moment you can benefit from doing the following:
1- Avoid eating large meals and try to divide your meals into smaller ones. 2- Eat well-balanced and healthy diet.
3- Avoid eating before sleep.
4- Your doctor will prescribe proton pump inhibitors to relieve gastric reflux.
5- Treatment of the cause such as bacterial infection like Helicobacter pylori with triple therapy.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
