What Causes Abdominal Bloating And Blood In Stool?

Hello, I am a 35 year old female and have had constant stomach bloating after eating a small amount of food for six weeks, when i press the stomach sometimes it is watery other times just bloat, I have also been constipated for five days a time. I have had two enemas which help a little, but the bloating and uncomfortable feeling never goes away, this in my life is new. It seemed to start after eating a beef burger in Thailand six weeks ago, I am now in Bali. I today noticed small white streaks in my pebble shaped stools and possibly some blood. Can you please advise thank you.
