They did an xray and determined that I have an ileus on my right side... but the cat scan came back fine this happened in two different accounts. I have been having weird things come back regarding my liver as well such as lots of right sided pain cramping in my extremedies and high liver enzymes. I have a history of blood clots and a family history of cancer and I m at wits end. Any idea as to what the neck is going on???

Hi,

We need to rule out paralytic ileus, one should need the following investigations to rule out the Hypokalemia effect.

1) CBP
2) CUE
3) SERUM ELECTROLYTES
4) SERUM CALCIUM

Please Consult a General surgeon with the following reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
