What Causes A White Lump On The Scrotum?

Hi I was in bathroom when I noticed a white lump on my scrotum I got worried so I googled and it said it s something got to do with testicular cancer so it said also if you have trouble breathing it s part of it which I have a little so do I have testicular cancer Pls reply asap

Hi Dear
Went through your history and your concern is genuine, but let me assure you that testicular cancer is inside scrotum and fixed with testes so you can't see there color which you have mentioned second lung involvement is late manifestation of testicular ca third even if it is testicular ca which seems unlikely to me most of them are cureable
What you need to do is USG scrotum that will confirm the problem.
