What Causes A Tingling Sensation In The Penis?
I have a strange sensation like a tingling in my penis in the shaft area. This just started today. I have no problems urinating no Burning Sensations no pain period it s just this tingling that s very irritating. I just started pretty high intense workouts call P90X and have had some soreness with it a lot of growing activities hip movement. If I am overtraining can that cause this muscle spasms tingling sensation in my penis

The tingling in the penis is due to microcirculatory changes in the shaft of the penis via high-intensity workouts.
Have to quit the workouts at present and has to gradually resume over the period of time once the tingling has stopped completely.
