What Causes A Tear And White Spots On The Penis Opening After Having Sex?

Hello,Am a 26 years old male, lately I had an intercourse with a new girl and it was unprotected and it was about a month ago the very next day i had sex with my regular partner,I had got a tiny cut on my foreskin a week after that and i got it checked the doctor took my blood sample and urine as well. he checked me for Herpes, HIV, gonorrhea , clymedia and few other test as well which all came negative and the cut healed in about 3 days but now am starting to get tiny white spots the head of my penis. Sometime they disappear but now the quantity of the spots is increasing and they are not disappearing as well. Can anyone tell me what that could be?am really worried.Thanks

Hello,

Whiteheads and other small, white bumps on the penis are common and usually harmless. 
White bumps on the penis may be pimples caused by acne, pearly penile papules, or bumps called Fordyce spots. 
Based in the fact that you have already been tests for STD we can exclude them.
In such a case the lesions are harmless and dont require treatment.
