General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of you being 14 years old, and feeling a swollen vein underneath the right testicle, the vein gets twisted sometimes.
Alright, since you are 14 years old I would advise you to discuss this problem and if possible show it to your father so that they will take you to the General Surgeon or Urologist to have a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like Ultrasonography with color doppler examination or still better an MRI of the area to get a proper diagnosis and the perfect treatment if required.
I find this answer helpful
