What Causes A Sudden Gush Of Blood From Vagina Followed By Bad Cramps?
Hi i had a sudden gush of blood from my virgina while i was standing up and then bad cramps followed it is this normal for the start of a period? Ive jusr just never had this like this before normally i get cramps about two days before i begin my period thats my warning sign that im about to get my period.

It is normal if it's your period time. But I suugest you to check for pregnancy test if there is any possibility for you to be pregnant and you don't have any bleeding disorders I.e. You bleed excessively even after a small injury. If the test is negative then nothing to worry. How this is helpful.
