What Causes A Sudden Drop In Blood Pressure?

Every afternoon my blood pressure drops , I become very cold & my blood sugar is low I have recently lost 10 kilos & I take Avapro HCT, 1/2 Noten , 1Diaformin twice daily & Pradaxa am & pm as I have AF heart issue . could this be a need for changing dosage ?

Hi,

Diaformin dose is needed to adjust if your blood sugar is low and also BP can drop also in CVS issues with Metformin, plus note that dose may altered if AF comes and and repeat once EKG and echocardiography too. It's helpful in AF patients and continue medicine take follow up from cardiologist.
