What Causes A Sty In The Eye Along With Swelling On The Eyelid?
Hi, I have a sty in my right eye that s apparently leaked into my eyelid so my eyelid is quite swollen as well as the area surrounding the sty. The doctor has perscribed a boric acid wash, topical antibiotics (eyedrops) and a red cream to put on the lid am/pm. It s been 3 days and I don t see much of an improvement. I ve also noticed the lymph node on my right side by my ear/chin is swollen. Should I go back to the doctor for a stronger treatment?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the sty then it may not need any specific treatment but it can be managed with conservative way like hot water and anti-inflammatory drugs be patience it will be fine soon fermentation wearing specs hope this information helps.
