What Causes A Strong Odour During Urination?
I am 71 years old man with diabete 2/ stage 3 kidney 36% / high blood pressure / heart surgery 5 yrs ago / constant seizures/ and my doctor said that I need to take 50 mg vigra to see what is my issue, because when I urinate it has a strong odor. Is this a good thing?

The strong odor during urination with diabetes, indicates underlying urinary infection from various reasons.
I do not agree with the intake of such medicines to check this issue, instead urine culture is strongly recommended.
