I'm a 64 year old male, married for 40 years. A few days ago my throat was a little sore, I looked and found that I have a single white spot, about the diameter of a kitchen match head, just above the uvula. It doesn't seem as sore today but still looks the same. Then today I was looking at it and noticed a little smaller black dot on the inside of my right cheek, it is not sore. I don't believe that either has been there very long. Any ideas? Thanks, Jerry
