What Causes A Sore Indentation On The Head After An Injury?
I had hit my head pretty hard about six days ago, the first couple days I had slight delays with my thoughts and articulating things. Now, it s sore but I notice a slight indentation and soft spot. My brain function seems normal, and no blurred vision, just the soft spot. Should I go get it checked out our is it nothing to worry about.

it could be just soft tissue injury only it will get heal in another 7 days,if you have any giddiness, vomiting,sizures,altered sensorium u need imaging brain other wise it is normal
