General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Let me tell you that white bumps on the penis is common and usually harmless. These bumps may be pimples caused by acne.

But sometimes it may also be due to sexually transmitted diseases. So as the bump has been there for 3 weeks and another one has appeared, I suggest please get a VDRL test done just to exclude STD.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Prabhash Verma, General & Family Physician
