What Causes A Sharp Lump On The Chin?

Hello. I have a lump on my chin. It is a non-moving sharp lump. It is on the left side of my chin. You cant see it on the outside. But it can hurt at sometimes. People feel it and they say it is most likely a bone spur. But im not sure.

Understanding your concern. As per your query sharp lump on the chin which is not very obvious from outside could be because of salivary gland dilatation which could be seen as a lump in chin area, it could be because of sebaceous cyst as well. Need not to worry. Visit general surgeon once and get it examined. Go for ultrasound to check the exact cause and to make out diagnosis. Go for massage therapy of this particular area. Take proper course of antibiotics to subside infection. Digital manipulation techniques will help to reduce this. Chew on citrus substances. Incision and drainage is the option if not treated medicinally with the advice of general surgeon.
