What Causes A Sharp Lower Back Pain While Bending?

Hi...28 year old male...was bending over wheeling in my hose outside and all of a sudden had a sharp pain in my lower back on the left side. It hurt quite a bit, but the pain initially subsided. It s been 2-3 days and it still hurts a bit, and when I bend over it hurts a lot. The pain has also spread to my left testicle.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are probably suffering from muscular pain back. Treatment of it is rest and analgesics (ibuprofen) for nearly 5 days. Second possibility is mild disc prolpase. It can be confirmed by MRI scan. Rest in position of relief (generally lateral position with both hip and knee bend),neurotopics such as mecobalamin and analgesics are of use. There are two treatment options. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query. Take care.
