Hello, so I was getting a tattoo and during the tattoo I had a seizure wasn’t breathing or responding for at least 40 seconds....for the past few months I’ve been having a lot of migraines and I don’t know what’s going but am too nervous to see a doctor

Seizure during tattoo is unusual. You may be having vasovagal attack in which a person becomes non-responsive and blood pressure falls. If you are having migraines then you need drugs for this. Consult a local doctor soon.
