What Causes A Red Rash On The Inner Thigh After An Injury?

Five months ago I broke my knee, ankle, and heel in a car accident. I am just beginning to walk in aircast but painful. Today I noticed a red rash with white heart shaped splotches on the inner thigh and back of knee of broken leg. What could this be?

take recent x-ray and consult orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and advise on treatment. may be kneecap is tobe applied. can apply analgesic ointment externally. apply hot compression take tab combiflam twice daily after food.
