What Causes A Red Prominent Scar On The Forehead?

hello ! seven days before i hurt one side of my forehead with a showcase . It didnt bleed but i got a scar due to it . i applied mederma and now the scar is almost invisible but after few days when i wanted to completely erase my scar i applied lemon juice on it and the scar again became visible ....and turned reddish and darkish .... Now should i use mederma or what ??

This scar is basically a clotted blood under your skin. It is advisable for you to apply ice on it and stop worrying for some days. It will gradually resolve over time.
