What Causes A Red Inflamed Rash Around The Eye And Upper Cheek?

about a month ago I was suffering from sneezing and itchy eyes I was using a lot of tissue and finally just started using a soft t shirt as I nothing helped my allergy. I m past that now but have been left with a red like windburn from the outer corner of my left eye around to the upper check. I have used oils, Vaseline, and lots of moisturizers containing ingredients to hold the moisture. nothing has helped. its hard to get foundations and concealers to cover it. it hurts and burns, the skin seems to be thicker in that area too. what should I do to remedy the problem??

it seems like inflammation on that part
* take antibiotics like cefadroxyl twice daily for five days
don't rub any thing
*you can apply ice pack on the part
you add serratiopeptidase and aceclofenac combination twice a day for five days
