Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

According to your complaints it could be intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds. I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream and topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily for 10-14 days. Besides this reduce your physical activity for few days so that it heals.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney
